Pros

I have been welcomed by a friendly environment. Serious professionals collaborative and helpful. My team was responsible for a trading application and sometimes it was stressful, with long hours and some calls outside working times. Average-low compensation compared with other investment banks.

Cons

Sometimes I felt lack of guidance from management, and it was not always clear who was responsible for what. Dealing with the corporate intranet is a nightmare, and most contacts with the people supporting the IT infrastructure were fruitless or worse.

Pros

It is all about work, work, pressure but at the end of the year a sad face that company did not do well and we cannot give you a hike or bonus.! Not worth sacrificing your work-life balance!!

Cons

1. Poor compensation in Belfast 2. Only about Work and work 3. Very poor work-life balance
