Pros

* Good Cafeteria - that's it

Cons

* A highly political and toxic environment hinders any career growth * Sudden layoffs and arbitrary logic keep employees stressed out * No laptop given to work from home, bring your own, which is first seen in any big banks * Senior management is insecure to the core; no one shares knowledge or know-how, everyone is scared of layoffs, and daily system outages drain any motivation and ensure longer than usual working hours * Do yourself a favour, apply for any Big 5 banks in Canada, but avoid this one
