Pros

Good benefits Good end of year bonus (depends on your relationship with your manager because you can be easily over looked so their favourites get better for doing less)

Cons

Long hours - not a penny for OT Lunch break? Good joke Management take credit for all the work your do Long standing staff get landed with the longest hours while new starts work less hours and do less work but nothing gets done about it No life outside of work Cheeky management No training - expected to know everything No bank holiday time off

Worst Job Ever

Pros

It was a job that I used to fund my education and I moved on and never worked for anyone again.

Cons

It was the worst environment and culture ever... and I worked at Wells Fargo. I would either cry or scream my entire ride home from work. I have never had that from a job before... and thankfully never again.

Pros

There is none besides a paycheck

Cons

Blamed for the company all the time, basically a punching bag for all the horrible stuff they do. Get a raise and then they take it away when increase base pay. After 12 yrs you make 50 cents more then new hires.
