Wonderful clientele, educated colleagues and a strong and growing business.

Cons

Constant change in management and direction, too much hiring on the front end (bankers who do not fit in with the Citi culture), too many communications about the same topic, need to beef up support staff - people are becoming stressed, overworked and their company morale is diminishing.
