Pros

They have competitive pay, a fantastic benefits package that starts on day one, and an open and accepting workplace. The facilities are nice and clean, and everyone I worked with in upper level management was friendly and professional.

Cons

Things change constantly, and sometimes it can be a challenge just to keep up. The company relies heavily on "alerts" that come through your PC to update you on changes, but if the call volume is heavy, you sometimes don't have time to look through the articles.

Pros

Vacation policy is good, Provided you can take it.

Cons

Too long work hours including working in weekends. Benefits are not at all great. More of the cost is pushed over to the employees. They give work deadline in the evening and expect it to be done that night. Don't hire enough workers Poor management, Always in a put-out fire mode, due to unrealistic deadlines
