Pros

Citi has good benefits and competitive salaries. I did not think that the work was that demanding or challenging, which may be a pro or con, depending on what you are looking for. There is definitely room for career growth and plenty of opportunities globally.

Cons

Citi's management is mostly incompetent. They make poor decisions and fail to listen to their employees. Also there were a lot of lay offs/restructurings while I was there. Mostly people in NY were being laid off and jobs were moving to low cost areas. Training/onboarding new employees was another weakness of Citi's. Also the bureaucracy inhibits efficient work from being accomplished and prevents innovative changes from being implemented.

Great company to work for - increadible exposure to diverse group of people. Great working conditions - managers are very supportive and understanding.

None that I can think of.

People are generally nice and helpful; bosses sometimes understanding; personal time allowed; pressure not too hard; extremely international and diverse work environment; chances to work with colleagues overseas; very large and active in most market areas so many opportunities to learn

Cons

bureaucratic and slow to get things done, need to escalate a lot to senior management; pay a little below bulge brackets
