People are helpful and always available. There are ample opportunities for growth and are focused on delivering assigned goals. The relaxed nature and accommodating management are the highlight of the organization.

Cons

The motivation to go one-up and learn beyond lacks space, since you tend to settle in and do everything at a slow pace. While changes are welcomed well, turn arounds occur very slowly.
