Work/Life balance severely affected

Pros

- Good company name - A lot of technologies to learn

Cons

- Work life balance can be non existent - Working hard may not pay off in terms of promotions. It can be not about what you know but who you know. - Business side expect unreasonable deliveries on short time scale - A lot of people who work here do not have good/ any communication skills - Town halls on mental health/ diversity and inclusion are a waste of time. Your running us into the ground with the workload, focus on that impact on our mental health rather than telling us to be sure to stand up once an hour. Diversity and inclusion town halls are used so HR can pat themselves on the back - no substance behind it

Poor setup

Pros

There are absolutely no benefits

Cons

No laptops are provided. We must work inside a virtual desktop environment on our personal laptops, which makes you feel paralysed as a developer role in terms of productivity. Easily losing 30/40% in productivity. Tech stack is extremely outdated
