Pros

You get what you put in. I started as an entry-level position and became a lead after two years.

Cons

Technical architecture and stack are outdated (CICD pipeline is trash). Sometimes it's a pain to do some of the most simple tasks since everything moves so slowly around here (installing software or getting requests). And oftentimes, trivial issues can lead you down insanely time-consuming rabbit holes, forcing you to reach out to random people since every process is stupidly confusing and no one has an idea of what they're doing.
