Medium pay scale i would say!

Cons

Zero diversity, lot of people with fake profiles/commission based recruits, Dictatorship/ unprofessional senior management staffs who don't care about developers/engineers, 12-15 hrs work on a daily basis, wondering this place flourish in canada with such a work culture, unbelievable! This spoil entire citi brand name!
