-some teams are great -the NYC office is beautiful -working in the NYC office is high energy and there are always things to work on

-the Jersey City office is very old school and quiet -oftentimes what you're working on is extremely tedious and Citi specific, often feels like the skills you are gaining aren't really software engineering theyre more just, how to navigate Citi
