Pros

It was a very friendly group of engineers. They have a mentorship program setup which helps new employees come up to speed in a fairly short time.

Cons

The team leads and management were always in meetings. It was tough to get the approval of the leadership to progress on your workout being that they were constantly absent.

Pros

Good work and life balance, very family friendly, provides flexible work arrangements such as flexible schedule and work from home options.

Cons

More of the IT jobs are moved off shores. In general, IT is not the revenue generating core business in a financial institute, it is considered cost and will always be under cost reduction.
