Pros

Standards are really low, so you can finish your work much earlier than most other Citi employees with minimal effort and slack off. Great place to be if you just want to clock out at 5 (or earlier lol) and take care of your kids. There is a senior developer on my team who didn't commit any code for an entire 2 months, and needs heavy assistance to complete even the most minor tasks.

Cons

Not a good place to be if you actually want to grow in your career. Some pockets of the company are still working with 20 year old code (J2EE, JSP, IBM WebSphere, terribly written monoliths with 1000+ line functions). Management has a very shortsighted and ad-hoc mindset, never thinking past the current sprint goals. Overall poor engineering culture and low skill workforce.
