Pros

good wlb, wfh benefits choose your manager wisely. there are some who are willing to provide mentorship, others might not in general, most people are friendly and willing to train a new joiner unless if you land in a bad team

Cons

growth depends on team, but largely stagnant if your business unit is not the most profitable in citi. if you have a terrible manager, you should leave ASAP, do not invest more time here. terrible bonus for back office, to the extent that people are willing to quit right before collecting bonus. As compared to other FIs, bonus seems to be on the lower side even for business teams.

Pros

Very intelligent people; hybrid working; good working hours (most roles do not require evenings/weekends)

Cons

Managers are not trained appropriately and therefore the relationships between direct reports are poor. Very high attrition rate left morale low with colleagues competing against each other rather than working as a team
