Pros

Some decent people to work with. Depends on your supervisor you can have great motivation or it can be a nightmare and just a reason for some benefits or a pay check.

Cons

The structure changes regularly. There is usually poor leadership among the chain of command which affects anyone below them. By poor leadership I mean there is usually clichés, and if your not in it, well then you will get a rude awakening. And while most of us don't always agree with our manager at some point, managers have to be able to listen....which I've never seen in any of my surrounding areas.
