      Pros

      Encouraged to learn new things. You have unlimited access to all Udemy courses so you can learn pretty much whatever you want in your spare time.

      Cons

      The communication at the company is terrible. Offshore contractors barely communicate and cause a significant number of issues. Management don't seem to have time to reply to simple emails. A lot of kids right out of coding bootcamps are being hired with absolutely no experience or knowledge in their area of supposed expertise. they are also being paid significantly more than employees who have been with the company for years and are in the same position.
