      Pros

      There is always someone who has an open ear for your concerns. Especially juniors can develop professionally by delving into topics for which there is a great demand. Great efforts are made to address issues of any kind that arise. Other benefits are team events, well-equipped offices, supported home office, in Austria the Klimaticket, and more.

      Cons

      You can take over a lot of responsibilities, but it's sometimes hard to accommodate everything in your limited work time.

      - A lot of freedom to do what I want to do - Cool events organised by employees (not those boring company "teambuilding", but the "beer tasting", "rooftop grill party" or "running a race" sort) - Total flexibility to work from home or office (any office!)

      - No clear direction can be overwhelming and lead to misunderstandings
