Nonplusultra company culture; hands down the strongest aspect of the company. From CEO to entry-level, a clear focus on the individual as a resource, that is meant to be nurtured. Countless social benefits, events and comradery that I have not seen on this scale in any company I have met before (considering 10 - 1500 employees on multiple continents and sectors) I have only experienced absolute trust in me since day 1 and am blessed to have this opportunity to work with some of the best equipped minds in this space. Also do not forget the CCC, the Cloudflight Coding Contest!

HR is inexperienced, high fluctuation, very young employees who don't stay longer than 1 year, would not say it is an equal opportunity employer for both men and women
