Thank you for your review and feedback. We're pleased to have supported you while you were studying. We are concerned about the shifts you've described as this shouldn't happen on a regular basis. You are entitled to 11 hours consecutive rest every 24 hours, and this is built into our scheduling system. When managers change schedules, they need to ensure that this is considered.
