Salary was above average for similar positions

Cons

Staff easily replaceable and lost during management restructuring despite performing well in their role. Pitting a part time employee against a full time employee for the same new management restructuring position. Immediately disadvantaging the part time employee as they didn’t have the same expected requirements for the new role.

Last year we had to take steps to make our Co-op more efficient by reducing costs and simplifying what we do. While this had been a very difficult time, we made sure that all colleagues impacted by our decisions had been fully supported. We're confident that our core business and vision is fit for the future, and we're in a better position to deliver for our customers, while controlling our operating costs - against the backdrop of a very volatile environment.
