WFH, staff discount, some good people to work with

Cons

Didn't feel like part of the team from the beginning. Felt like my TL didn't want me there, wanted me out but couldn't fire me. Eventually tried to get me on something so I resigned. Was invited to raise a grievance when I left but chose not to. Other cons include doing some work out of hours but you get time in lieu for this. Measured against time worked instead of actual quality of work. Management would bang on about record profits for the business but would we see any of this?.. absolutely not

Work from home ALOT (not really a pro) basically work alone all the time

Cons

Poor management, from director to, head of and audit managers. None of them are good with people or interacting very impersonal, poor social skills and extremely introverted. Would argue audits aren’t really conducted to the best standard as everyone just wants to work from home and do the minimalist they can, with keeping social conversations at a minimum and like to hide behind emails. How can a national company be audited effectively if you’re not willing to get out and about into the business ? No diversity, if your face doesn’t fit, you’ll definitely be made to know it.
