Our colleagues in funeral care do an amazing job supporting customers during some of the most difficult times of their lives. We conduct regular reviews on pay and conditions and conduct annual salary reviews in agreement with our recognised trade unions. Part of working in convenience retail does mean we open days and times that our customers need us the most, that will include early mornings, late nights, and weekends. We do our best to accomodate any specific availability requests and these can be discussed with the manager.
