Thank you for your review and for recognising the efforts we go to in making sure our stores are great places to work, and provide you with work patterns that are right for you. It's disappointing to see that you don't feel that opportunities are available to you. Please do talk to your manager about your career aspirations and visit our Development hub to discover what courses are available to you, many of which can be completed in work time. We also recommend visiting the internal careers section and signing up for job alerts to be among the first to hear about opportunities in your area.
