Some knowledgable people to learn from work here.

Cons

Massive culture problems, very much a 'lads lads lads' type of place. Extremely poor handling of depression. When I was suicidal and my response to "am I going to the doctors" was no I got laughed at. They nearly killed me off. When I reported this to his manager I got told they support what he says. It was a horrible experience.

Pros

Easy job, same thing everyday but can be hard work too. Doing deliveries every morning isn’t easy.

Cons

Manager doesn’t listen when you ask for time off or book holidays. They make you do the most when upper management comes to visit. Like literally unreasonable things that aren’t in your job description like srubbing dirty old vents and ceilings??
