Using wagestream makes accessing your salary before payday easy, Christmas incentives, most people were lovely to work with

Cons

Poor holiday allowance, poor sickness policies and understanding of mental health in the workplace, controlling/abusive bosses that get away with sexual harassment, racism/bullying by customers is allowed, constantly being called in late notice with no consideration for your time or plans, being made to work whilst testing positive for COVID, manager put down coworkers grandmothers funeral as holiday!

Management was awful, they don't care about their staff, the pay was nowhere near worth the level of responsibility and requirements, no opportunities to progress
