Rips skin when dealing with boxes Online and formal training never happened - bit disorganised

Pros

They have great policies that are supportive to colleagues like adoption leave, miscarriage and IVF support leave etc.

Cons

Most colleagues are over capacity due to too much work to do and not enough colleagues to support. When raised to SLT for support, this is then used against you to say you aren't strong/good enough. Director of Transformation is so out of touch with the people he manages, does not understand his privilege and not a supportive leader.
