30% discount is massive and decent pay.

Cons

Actually good place to work only if your team leader is a decent person, some of them are a bit drunk on power, which is funny cos they get paid one pound more.

Thank you for your review. Our Customer Team Leaders play an important role in that they own the day-to-day running of the store leading their team that are on shift with them. It's a hands-on role, in a fast-paced customer facing environment and our stores form a vital part of the community where we offer a wide range of services. We know this type of role isn't for everyone but for those wanting to progress, this role is often the platform to take the next step in becoming a store manager.
