We noticed your mention of “trauma bonding” and appreciate the humour behind it. While we hope the challenges were not too overwhelming, we understand that retail can sometimes feel intense, and we are always looking for ways to make the experience more positive. We're sorry to learn of your experience with scheduling, rotas should be produced at least 3 weeks in advance, but we know that circumstances change so we hope you raised any concerns while you were with us. - Interesting work in the space I am in - Autonomy in the work I do. No dogmatic ways of working - Company pushes you to develop and gives opportunities - Company values that I align with - Great benefits, holiday, discounts etc - Flexible working, no fixed hours per day. It's do your contracted hours per week

Cons

- If you like going to an office then you can but not many people from my department go in - Some processes internally can be slow and hinder progress on a project
