Thank you for your review and feedback. Our Funeral care teams do an amazing job looking after our customers at some of the most difficult times of their lives. Pay for our teams is reviewed annually and negotiated with our recognised unions. We recommend that you speak with your line manager about your hours of work, especially if your availability has changed recently.

you get 10% discount on branded products and 30% on any co-op products

Cons

on a daily basis you get really rude customers, you get people screaming for no reason. Most of the time have to work Friday-sunday and bank hollidays with no extra pay. shifts can be all over the place one day your there at 5:45 the next closing. managers not understanding that this is a part-time job for you so you also have other commitments.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We're pleased to see that you're happy with your colleague member discounts. Many of our colleagues in our food stores are on part time contracts and we endeavour to have work patterns that fit around individual requirements as much as we possibly can. Our roles are advertised with a range of shifts that reflect the opening hours of our stores, which in convenience retail will include bank holidays and weekends. Rotas are shared at least 3 weeks in advance and we recommend that if you're having any difficulties with your shifts, particularly if your availability has changed in anyway, to discuss this with your manager.
