Great team environment but constant shoplifting creates stress

Love my team and can be a great job

The constant shoplifting causes me and other staff to feel very unsafe and is very draining when it's as constant as it is now, we dont fully understand what we're meant to do when hundreds of pounds worth of stock is being stolen daily, security hours have been cut too which doesn't help the situation and its definitely getting worse

There is guidance available on "How Do I" on what actions and measures you can take in store to deal with these challenging situations, including how to report incidents on My Safety and to the police. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with these procedures and if in doubt speak to your manager or operations manager.
