I'm sorry to hear you found people you worked with (I'm assuming your managers) selfish and disrespectful, that's not what we like to hear and it's not an example of colleagues #beingcoop. I see you've since left our Co-op to work elsewhere, I hope you can look favourably on your time with us, overall. ^Jordan

flexible hours, good management, good pay, opportunities to learn new skills, overall pleasant experience.

Cons

sometimes job allocations are not given to correct team members due to favoritism (although this is down to individual managers and stores as opposed to a regional issue)
