Pros

10% employee discount with additional double discount periods (20% off for seasonal events) Also get the 5% + 1% proposition which is 5% back to you and 1% to your community. Great to work for a business that helps the local communities. Get other health/ pension benefits too. Also encouraged to work from home. Amazing eco building too at angel square.

Cons

Other benefits such as events or concerts would be good.

My store was small .friendly customers who returned on daily basis .made lots of friends .

Cons

Very quiet .in evenings as other stores in town closed at 6pm .
