Pros

It's ethical. It's focus on the customers and staff is superb. It doesn't feel like work for the most part. I feel as part of a beneficial organisation which has everyone's best interests at heart.

Cons

Sometimes for us workers it is a little demanding especially with the recent cut in hours. The unreliable delivery times can also ruin the whole days plan putting pressure and stress on staff members.

Pros

Great Pay with Flexible Hours, fun team to work with. Nice regular customers that you get to interact with. Good employee benefits including discount and a decent pension scheme.

Cons

Repetitive job, little variation. Speed for problems to be resolved is too slow. Lots of bureaucracy involved in getting things done which gets in the way of actual doing your job.

Pros

Good benefits, holidays build up with service. Opportunities to progress up to store manager. Pay getting better for front line colleagues.

Cons

Everything is run from Manchester which doesn't account for customers needs elsewhere. Some accountabilities are not customer centric, and targets are driven so hard that there's a lot of cheating goes on to make things look good.
