Pros

Great staff in store, good compensation although not compared so some of the newer supermarkets such as Aldi and Lidl

Cons

Different experience in every store. Staff are not retained or trained properly. There are numerous health and safety issues in stores (whilst I was there I broke my foot, I know of someone else who lost there toes). Equipment is old and therefore often breaks down (fridges, freezers, lifts). Staff are not valued and there is a clear divide between morning and evening staff with both lots of people blaming each other for problems that they have caused.
