Thank you for your review and feedback. We're pleased to see that you found us to ne a good employer. Our pay is based on a number of factors including external benchmarks, and is reviewed annually and our colleagues in some London stores also receive an allowance on top of the hourly pay.

- The holiday allowance was somewhat generous

Cons

- The company does not support colleagues in the way that is used to. Things have definitely gotten worse throughout the years.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We're pleased to see that you are happy in your store and working with your team. We're actually very surprised to hear this feedback about our home delivery driver adverts as we believe that both the job title, Customer Team Member - Home Delivery Driver and the opening paragraph of our adverts make it clear what the role entails. Within the advert we state: "We’ll look to you to make sure customers' orders are handled with care and help out in the store when you’re not on the road." The advert does go on to explain that your primary responsibility is to make sure customer orders are delivered, however during quieter periods you'll support the store team by assisting with in-store tasks. We also have screening questions as part of the application process which cover both in-store tasks and the driving licence requirements. Both of these aspects of the role are driven by demand and we're sorry if this wasn't clear for you.
