Cons

Lack of hours. Forced to work one on one. Dont get breaks. Senior management dont care. If you voice an opinion your a classed as negative, yet your told 'to be yourself always' Not a good company to work for if you want a work life balance. There isnt one.

Good balance of being in control of your work and managing your time great working in a team. Really do want to do the right thing for the colleagues

Cons

Your job will be 90% task based no real management as you with only 1 or 2 others. No progression available, if your good you will be moved to fix problem stores. Internal politics causes promotions to be based on diversity it is not inclusive in growth plans.
