Pros

Very easy work. Nothing complicated or difficult and very easy to build a rythym each shift. If you show effort can easily become a team leader

Cons

Junkies and stinky people can really ruin your day. If your team dont pull their weight and do a half assed job its annoying having to spend half your time correcting their mistakes. If your manager isn't fair with shift rotations, you can be working a lot of evenings and weekends

Cons

Awful working environment, catty, political, shifting goalposts all the time. Active detriment to mental health.
