      Great Start for Young Professionals

      Pros

      I had great start of my career in PR department. The management gave opportunities to develop new skills and knowledge. Participated in fun projects and gained many connections.

      Cons

      The company had problems in ensuring communication with cross-function teams. I had difficulties managing projects which involved several departments.

      Pros

      Gives good experience at multinational.

      Cons

      Diminishing the value of people, not assessing potential, promoting incapable and incompetent people. Good for you if your auntie works there, best if she's the CFO. Being given feedback as "not suitable" for my position after 3 years in the company, starting from intern, identified as a key team member, reaching up to a managerial position.
