      Good place to work for about 1 year to get on CV

      Cons

      Completely toxic and septic culture lead from the very top down. It nothing to do with money or salary, that’s market standard, it’s the toxidy of the organisation. Everyone is micro managed to within an inch of their lives. Everything is audited, your taking pictures in shops morning noon and night, nobody wants to hear your concerns. Very stressful environment and it’s the middle managers who actually the worst kind of all. They have absolutely zero empathy. I would recommend working here unless your just looking for a little bit of experience post university. Worked here for over 10 years and by the end this place has left me scarrred.

      Not the company it once was

      Pros

      Working with huge brands. Massive budgets (depending on your function). Some great people. Most people want to help but simply aren't allowed the time to support others. Great experience that you can transfer to other roles. Excellent training. Opportunity to work in other functions and locations. You're very bored!!!!!

      Cons

      No work life balance. Too much pressure. Unrealistic expectations. Too much politics. Micro management. Everything tracked to unnecessary detail. Salary not reflective of expectations. Company talks about culture but it's just talk. Obsessed with getting females into roles rather than the right person. Value externals higher than internals. Recruitment process for internal roles unnecessarily complicated and drawn out.

      if you are new to the company, they pay well to get it. Once on board nothing is done right

      Very toxic enviroment, favoritism based not perfromance, no planning for the simplist things, no respect for work life balance, worst team spirit and culture
