Free drinks in the office. Hybrid work environment

Cons

Office in terrible location. You will need a car to get there. Very old average age of staff Only allowed the minimum days off by country and can only increase with service. 1 day every 4-5 years. Tend to keep employees on fixed term contracts for as long as possible. Even with excellent feedback from all line managers you will find it hard to get a full time role and job security. Company culture of just do what your told and get on with it.
