You are 100% in control of your route, great opportunity to get a taste for account management, sales, marketing etc...

Cons

The company largely trades on its name and the majority of Sales team do the absolute bare minimum. Managers are generally from Sales team and have learned how to manipulate the system. Fun job but incompetent management largely ruins the overall experience.
