      Pros

      All the below refer to the Greek organization. Great career opportunities. Salary and benefits are good especially for low level employees. A safe and organized environment, compared to most companies in Greece (due to the crisis).

      All the below refer to the Greek organization. Very bad work-life balance, for almost all office employees. There is a great management system in place, but many times is badly implemented or ignored. Top management is becoming more and more distant to the average employee. Values of company are starting to dilute due to the above

      Bureaucracy, badly organized, structure changes on a continuing basis, restructuring for many many years, not very competitive salary

      Coca Cola HBC provides great training opportunities and the graduate scheme has some very experienced people as supervisors on the projects which can be great mentors.

      Cons

      The company is very political and formal, and people are changing constantly from positions. Many times the company is not working as a team and communication is not open
