      Pros

      Coca-Cola is a a very strong international brand. Coca-Cola offers a variety of different Jobs and is present in practically every Country of the world. Development programs and Trainings are of very good Quality.

      Cons

      Coca-Cola currently has some head-winds: like e.g. obesity, sugar, etc. and the economic downturn due to the financial crisis. This leads to a very tough Situation especially in Europe. As a consequence, frequent restructurings and cuts.

      They have a good structure and processes. They internal support service is very efficient and fast. The several finance areas I was in contact with were supportive and with good workflow.

      Cons

      Sometimes there were too many people involved to complete one task. This might generate delays when dealing with urgencies.
