Pros

some food from the client

Cons

- Managment are useless and dont have any perspective about Human Relation. - Team Leaders and QA's are choosen by favouritism and frienship, not by knowledge. So, they are not the best option for the positions. - If you think you will have a fast grow in the company witouth "liking boots" of managment, better not come to this company. - Most of the Leadership (around 90%) are not native in the language they should work, so, as per knowledge of all and as per descrimination, they just choose Polish People even if they dont speak and understand correctly the language. - by the law you should have time to relax when you are working, but forget that in that company.

Cognizant is bad for America

Pros

There really are none I can think of.

Cons

Cognizant is an acquisition company. What they did with TriZetto was to buy them, remove all the female management they could get away with, and then systematically reduce the rest of the American workforce quarter by quarter. They are an absolutely parasitic entity of a company, and not good news for any US based companies they purchase. You will be bought, you will be replaced. They refer to layoffs as being "benched", whereas you have 5 weeks to accept any internal jobs that are offered you. Here is the rub, they offered me only jobs out of state, which I specifically said I cannot take. With that, I exceeded the maximum number of job rejections and they skate on the final week of paying me on a pre-planned technicality. This company is bad news for American workers.
