Pros

Good insurance, Good Parking, and Nice golf view.

Cons

Ever since new CEO, there were mass of middle management termination and incremental laid off started causing insecure career and much more rampant silo with knowledge sharing. It basically became, Indian culture oriented company with very little tolerance of US culture open door policy. Especially in engineering side with tight iron-fisted micromanagement with pigeon holed, no innovation but do your tasks only style management. No career advancement communication, no promotion opportunity, not even any salary increase, no incremental PTO earning whatsoever. Pretty much dead end career with just do your tasks and keep your mouth shut. If you there are heavy snow so difficult to commute in, too bad. Be at the office and do your tasks anyway. Not even stupid holiday event catered in event. Total cost saving only company with nothing but strive for achieving Billion dollar company goal oriented company.

Local? Move on- those negative reviews are true!

Pros

The life insurance/benefits policy is a good deal vis-a-vis those of competitor firms Employee engagement events (admittedly, employees staffed on projects have little time for these and they seem to exist to keep the Corporate teams engaged, as another reviewer has rightly suspected too!)

Cons

Highly political environment- ratings depend on whom you know than the quality of your work. The rating process itself is poorly designed, inefficient and fraught with loopholes that allow political managers to tweak the system to their advantage. Your projects are likely to be back-end implementation work on technologies from the previous century. Little to offer by way of opportunities to learn or upskill. The firm's policy of being unconcerned so long as you're being billed doesn't help. Huge cliques of non-locals (this is the IT industry after all, be warned!). Expect slow promotions, rigged non-transparent appraisals that favour certain favourites- belonging to a certain ethnic group may work in your favour. Local graduates are hired solely to meet demands laid down by authorities and shouldn't entertain hopes of a flourishing career, unless they keep their heads down and do all that's asked of them.

Pros

They say expectations are high, but if you’re competent at automation then you should be able to exceed expectations. Most projects that I have been in had friendly people.

Cons

Had to travel after 1.5 years at the company. Some projects will require you to extend without extra compensation. Some people leave because of the lower salaries and the non-transparency with management.
