Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Cognizant Softvision. We are very sorry to hear that your short journey with us was not the best for you.
We are continuously working on improving and taking steps into making our company a pleasant working environment for all colleagues. This is one of the reasons we have implemented flexible hours and work from home policies. It may be the case that sometimes this is not always possible to accommodate, depending on our our clients' demands and schedule. For such instances, we encourage all colleagues to approach their team leads or local managers to find a solution that works best for them. We try to adapt to our colleagues' needs and expectations and this is why we encourage open communication.
As it was the case for you, some employment processes are indeed conditioned by client interviews, and for these instances, we ask our future colleagues to also have an additional interview directly with the client. We are sorry if this was not mentioned to you in the hiring process.
Even though we may not always use the latest technologies, we make sure that our colleagues always have something new and exciting to learn either from working on a specific challenging project or from the experience of our more senior people.
