Terrible Place to WORK - No Culture

The only Pros was to earn airline/hotel points due to heavy travel.

Cons

The company does not have any culture whatsoever. No work life balance. The Mgmt does not care about its employees. They do not answer emails promptly nor communicate updates regularly. Most Projects were a total disaster due to lack of technical leadership.

I cannot mention any pros for Cognizant Australia. I guess it's ok if your only goal is to be a manual tester.

Cons

The graduate program was 'sold' to the graduates, it did not meet anyone's expectations. There actually was no formal graduate program. - Training was cancelled. - New graduates immediately placed into manual testing roles which did not align with the job description. - The manager did not want to spend any time with the graduates so we were instructed to learn the software ourselves and then join a manual testing team. - Zero prospects to do anything except manually click through websites. - Graduates worry about applying for other jobs because they cannot say that they learn't or achieved anything during their time at Cognizant. I would highly recommend graduates do not go to Cognizant. At least ask what the graduates from previous years are doing.
