Pros

You get salary on time. They will pay your relocation taxes.

Cons

1. Number 1 abuser of EB1C visa. Org chart is manipulated and you will report to multiple people in a year until their EB1C is approved. 2. No transparency in ratings and promotion. Deserving people won't get it and people who don't know ABCs of project will get it. 3. Only company I ever know who pays 2% hike and bonus to low level people (A, SA), 4 % to M, 6 % to SM and so on. In simple words they don't care for most of the people from whom they make money. 4. They have changed the insurance policy recently where in you are paying the same premium and insurance won't pay a single penny until you meet deductible of 6K 5. People with 12+ year of experience in company are not able to get promotion. But person joining with 5 year experience is joining as SA 6. Most of M, SM, AD, D can't speak or write single sentence correctly.

Pros

Flexible, working from home, good clients

Cons

Indian Culture, Uneducated managers, exit interview with no scope. They prefer to bring people from offshore and pay them more, than give the opportunity to UK hired colleauges. It is no point to work hard as it is impossible to get better benefits than favourite offshore guys.

Pros

If you are looking for a good start after completion of university, this is the place. Most position do not require any specific expertise. The pay is adequate, esp. taken the low job expectations. Best approach when joining - take it as a project. A research for a case study on how things should not be done. It can be actually entertaining at some moments.

Cons

Not all managers are qualified to actually be managers but instead of admitting that and learn, they hide behind listing of certificates they've obtained, loud voice or just simply talking down to people. Trying to suggest improvements is unappreciated and sometimes even punished. It is not uncommon for the management to be passive aggressive. When challenged and asked for clarification, the reply usually ends up being 'that's confidential,' 'it's them, not us' or something similar. Discrimination or hidden harassment due to country of origin of some employees happens at times; even comes from managers who are not citizens of Canada. Don't be surprised when your supervisor asks you to link your personal social media accounts to the system at work... one of the reasons is to monitor that you are ok (so the management claimed). Though you may be required not to bring your cellphone, backpack, jacket, etc. to your work station (which is alright due to e.g. NDAs), the company doesn't really provide adequate space for you to keep your belongings safe. You just rely on others leaving your things alone, so you can collect them from an open area once you go home for the day. Also, don't expect too much of any support nor transparency - what you've just learned in your courses (or experienced in other companies) is not really applied here.
