Pros

Nice DTC location. Good company cafeteria.

Cons

If you need a job, take it. Otherwise work for a better company. The worst health insurance of any company I every worked for. They killed WFH. Always firefighting pissed off customers due to understaffed/overworked staff. Yet plently of middle to high level managment.

Pros

Excellent coworkers who are very helpful and pleasant, other then that this is a very hard company to find anything positive to say about it.

Cons

Overworked employees, this company takes complete advantage of all of its employees with no work life balance. It is an environment that operates in chaos with a lot of jobs being outsourced or in the process of being outsourced.

Pros

If you can get into Account Management or Sales 1. The organization defines only the goals and gives you the ability to decide about the best approach to achieve it. 2. Very much results driven

Cons

If you by chance land into anything other than account management / sales that is most likely cognizant business consulting 1. The organization does not know how to utilize you and does not make any effort to listen to any of your ideas. 2. You would get a designation of consultants / sr consultants etc but would get billed as QA tester / junior system analyst roles because the company can not get true consulting projects. So you can never work on something that defines your KRA. 3. In case you let the leadership team know that they could have hired a humanities graduate to perform the same role you will be blacklisted. 4. Even if you go beyond your role to take up large program management you are not recognized as program management is not one of your KRA. 5. Your work has a direct impact on the account manager but he does not appraise you. 6. You are appraised by a CBC lead whose only task is to bill you to your next assignment and he is not affected by your work performance. so in a nutshell the account manager who is directly affected by your work does not have an ability to give you promotion / raise and the CBC lead who has this ability does not have any stake linked to your deliverables.
