Pros

Flexible working in general; very talented junior consultant and developers now (2018); nice office views; ticket restaurant and free tea/coffee.

Cons

Appalling management style: nonexistence mentorship by senior; cuestionable work assignment; inconclusive office strategy; lack of values and general vision; light innovation and motivation programs. HR relations: diffuse speech in on boarding junior’s training and career path; noncompetitive salary in comparison with market competitors; and lack of assertive sense. Result: unhappy employers - people leaving the office progressively.

Pros

- Well-connected workplace. - Diversity and availability of the (wonderful) team. - Work with worldwide known partners and use of their tools. - Very interesting, stimulating and practical job where there's always room for learning something new. - Informal environment. - Free snacks. - Punctual pay and decent salary.

Cons

- Almost total abandonment from the management when there are queries or requests from the team. - Lack of communication from the management and no transparency in the decision making. - HR staff almost always unreachable (they only listen when a Team Leader is CC'ed in the requests, not even all the time). - Reaching the right person to ask a question regarding your contract or benefits is a task. - It's rare to go home at the end of the shift. If you're staying longer because of last-minute requests or if you're asked to, it's your problem, no matter what other plans you have. - Faulty intranet. Even just submitting a (mandatory) weekly timesheet is a pain. - No paid sick leave. - No paid overtime (or time off compensation). - No pension contribution. - No health insurance plans offered. - Terms change once the job is accepted (one thing is promised at the interview, see it change in few weeks' time at the management's discretion because of "business requirements"). If you don't agree to them, that's the door. - Little to no consideration towards employees' safety (asked to be going to work on weather alerts when all the other offices are closed). - No PAYE deduction from the payslip (unless you specifically ask for it to payroll) meaning you pay the taxes not deducted at the end of the year all together or on the next payslips if you change jobs. - Blind prostration and servile attitude towards the major partners. If a request comes from a client, it should be evaluated before accepting, because in the end it's the employees who pay for it.

Pros

Big consulting company, people are good,

Cons

You will be asked to do whatever role is available, not based on your expertise but based on networks you have. There is no well-defined process starting for getting hired to termination. Company HR and TSC are of no use when you are rolled off from one project and looking for another.
